The challenge
Our young patient presented a case of moderate crowding in the upper and lower incisors, which made proper oral hygiene difficult and was beginning to cause aesthetic concerns. In addition, her posterior crossbite prevented proper dental alignment.
The solution
After a full assessment with a 3D digital scan, we opted for an Invisible Orthodontics treatment using clear aligners. This was the ideal option because of its comfort, aesthetics, and effectiveness, especially during such an important stage as adolescence.

Objective: To eliminate the infection in a damaged tooth and preserve the natural tooth.
The challenge
Carlos, a 30-year-old patient, came to our clinic with severe pain in an upper molar. After carrying out a clinical and radiographic examination, we detected a deep cavity that had reached the dental pulp, causing an internal infection.
The pain was affecting his daily life, making it difficult for him to sleep and concentrate on his studies. The solution was clear: he needed a root canal treatment to save the tooth and avoid extraction.
The solution
We carried out the treatment in two sessions, ensuring maximum comfort and using state-of-the-art diagnostic and cleaning technology. In the first session, we removed the infected tissue and disinfected the root canals. In the second, we sealed the tooth with a biocompatible material and restored it with an aesthetic filling.
The entire procedure was painless, thanks to proper local anaesthesia and the close support of our team throughout the whole process.
